It’s time to experience the Midwest’s Premier Craft Show – Festival of the Little Hills will take place August 17-19 along Main Street and in Frontier Park. This large festival features over 300 craft vendors, food booths, beer gardens, and children’s area. Sunflower Hill Farm, a unique wedding and event venue, is the newest addition in Historic Missouri Wine Country. This business, located in Augusta, is the perfect destination for a wedding and includes accommodations for the bridal party and areas for private dinners. The Society of the Sacred Heart and the Academy of the Sacred Heart are celebrating 200 years in 2018. The Shrine is welcoming visitors from around the world, to see the place where Saint Rose Philippine Duchesne has been laid to rest and is memorialized. A bicentennial event taking place September 7th along the Missouri River is the reenactment of St. Philippine’s arrival on the Saint Charles riverfront. Visit for more information.

Beer Advocate mentioned Third Wheel Brewing in St. Peters as one of the 50 Best New Breweries in the United States and Canada. This is a huge nod for this new business who just celebrated their first anniversary. If you haven’t been we’d say it’s about time you checked them out!
