The Streets of St. Charles breaks ground once again with additional 60,000 square feet mixed-use building. Cullinan Properties has begun construction on a building designed for additional retail and office space, plus parking spaces are incorporated into the plan. This project is anticipated for completion in Spring of 2019. In addition, the St. Louis area’s first Tru by Hilton Hotel is scheduled to open in June at The Streets.
Embassy Suites by Hilton St. Louis-St. Charles completes a $6.5 million renovation re-establishing itself as a premiere full-service hotel. Enhancements to the 296 suite hotel include a newly designed lobby and fresh look for its 12-story atrium. The renovation included all guest suites and public and meeting spaces, creating a classic contemporary feeling throughout the property.
Celebrate Independence Day in Saint Charles during Riverfest 2018 happening July 3-4 in Frontier Park. This celebration includes live music, food and craft vendors, and carnival rides. On July 4th there will be a parade at 10:00 a.m. and fireworks at 9:20 p.m.
Music is in the air in Saint Charles, so plan to join us throughout the summer for live entertainment in the Historic District and around the surrounding areas. On the 3rd Wednesday of the month, it’s a street party during Music on Main. The Streets of St. Charles offers outdoor music during their Beale Street Concert Series the 2nd Wednesday of the month. Enjoy music on Friday evenings at the New Town Amphitheater and during their special events. Along the Missouri River there’s music under the stars on Thursday evenings during the Municipal Band concerts. The St. Charles County Symphony will present their Gala Patriotic Concert on June 27th outside of the OPO along Main Street.
