Our friends at Eckert’s Country Store & Farms in Belleville have recently cut the ribbon their brand-new Cider Shed. It’s a new area on the farm where you can meet friends and family for some tasty food and crisp drinks! Eckert’s has four of their own ciders on tap as well as cocktails and beer. Have you ever ordered food from a Space Shuttle? Yes, you read that right – a SPACE SHUTTLE. Soulcial Kitchen in Swansea has a food truck park complete with dishes that vary from smash burgers to tacos, and one of the food trucks looks exactly like a Space Shuttle – the only one of its kind!
