Governor Pritzker was recently in the Metro East to help unveil a new 41,000+ square foot expansion at MidAmerica Airport in Mascoutah. The updates provide more seating and electrical outlets for travelers, as well as a storm shelter, family restrooms, a pet relief area, and a more streamlined check-in process for folks. MidAmerica currently offers non-stop trips to Ft. Myers/Punta Gorda, Jacksonville, Las Vegas, Myrtle Beach, Orlando, Sarasota/Bradenton, Savannah, and Tampa Bay/St. Pete.
Stumpy’s Spirts and Distillery in Columbia, Illinois was recently named ‘Best Distillery’ in the St. Louis Magazine A-List contest, as voted on by readers. Stumpy’s is celebrating their 8th anniversary this summer, and they’re also growing! They recently broke ground on their new distillery venue and tasting room, which should be open for visitors in 2024!
